Change Your Life in 21 Days

Studies have shown that if you focus on changing a habit or negative behavior pattern for 21 days, your process changes and attention will yield a new behavior in that time. So that means if you set a goal and engage others to help you, in 21 days - you win. You'll have achieved great momentum in making positive change. Engage your friends to create a Life List (or bucket list) and follow their progress as well. Sharing your goals is crucial to success! The top point scorers will win their share of cash and prizes that will help them achieve their Life List goals.

In the 21 days between January 10-31 (EST), I challenge each of you to create a major life goal and commit to establishing the habit that will help you accomplish your goal. If you want to lose weight, commit to the habit of a daily walk or if you want to go on a vacation, commit to spending less and saving for the trip.

Challenge Rules

Within the challenge period (January 10-31, 2013), you must meet each of the challenge rules to qualify for points. Top 10 point scorers are eligible to win a share of $1,000 in cash and prizes to help them reach their goals.

  • You must be a member of mylifelist.org.
  • You must click the button to enter.
  • You must have at least one (1) goal.
  • For every day you post a progress update during the contest period, you will receive 1 point (Max 21 Points).
  • Encourage your friends to join www.mylifelist.org, comment on your goal and support you to achieve this goal. For each friend who comments, you will receive 1 point (Max 21 Points per friend).
  • Comments must relate to the goal and My Life List reserves the right to audit comments before awarding prizes, to ensure they are relevant to your goals, in the spirit of the challenge.
