John and I have dreamed of owning our own restaurant and have set an opening date of May 26, 2016. Every career move we make is to get us one step closer to our dream.

When I picture Australia, I see an amazingly beautiful place. Maybe its because it is halfway across the world, but I see myself being at peace in Australia.
