i would like to get back in the habit of working out 5 days a week. it helps me maintain my weight and stress at work
I would like to feel comfortable that if a crisis comes up I can handle it financially and not have to take out a loan
I am currently on high blood pressure medication and I would like to get off of it. I need to lose more than 10pds but this is a start.
