Because I have a story to tell!
My brass quintet made a CD about 6 years ago, sent it to some record companies but got word that it was a bit too short to consider, but if we added another work or two they'd be interested. Time, jobs, kids, etc got busy after that and our group became less of a priority for everyone. Now some things have come up that make the possibility of finishing that recording a little more possible, and I feel like it would complete a section of my career that has a big giant hole in it!
For our honeymoon my husband and I went to Germany, but time and cost kept us from also visiting Austria, specifically Vienna and Salzburg. We hoped to go for our 10th anniversary but that came and went so I am aiming for our 20th in 2017.
