Lead a team to complete a "Tough Mudder"

I have friends that are badly out of shape, and I have some friends who finish Ironmans. I am assembling a team to compete in the Toronto fTough Mudder. Tough Mudder is a 14 mile obstacle course. Obstacles include walls, water, fire, ropes and steep slopes. No matter how fit you are you CANNOT complete this by yourself. I am assembling a group of people, some average, some below, and some above in regards to fitness level. Our goal, however, is to ALLL make it across the finish line together.
