When I saw a picture of myself from my company xmass party, it made me realized that I need to loose weight seriously. My BMI was normal but mayble couple points to overweight level. Since then, I changed my lifestyle and eating habits. I started reading health news/blogs on the internet and books about weight loss. I also signed up a membership at a local gym and as an extra daily routine exercise I decided to walk from home to work and work to home (about 1 hour in total daily). I was 142 pounds and now I’m currently standing at 125 pounds. It took me a while to loose that weight because of the winter weather in Canada. But anyway, my goal is to loose that 5 pounds before June 04 2011. In order for me speed up my weight loss, I want to do Hot Yoga. The lessons are expensive (about 17 bucks each session) but I found a great deal here in our local area about 14 days trail for only 30 bucks. I want to do this not only because of weight loss, I want to feel good (especially with life), good health, and I want to sleep better…. My height is 5'3

I always wanted to travel. Vegas is one of my top list destination. I don't gamble and drink but i do want to experience and see extravagant shows in Vegas and of course SHOPPING. I live in Canada and I want to get away from the cold weather once in a while...
