I have a vision of myself as a "cultured person" and I've always wanted to go out and enjoy live entertainment more. I'm not much of a rock concert type of person, though. I genuinely do enjoy operatic music, so I'm not planning to subject myself to an evening of torment for the sake of some false-self.
I've been slowly accumulating credit card debt since I went out on my own three years ago. I'm able to make monthly payments, but unless I can pay off a substantial amount I'll never be able to keep up with the finance charges. I want to have the credit lines available in case of an emergency, And I really, really want to my current credit card issuer--Chase.
