Why were you inspired to do this?

I'm too skinny! I eat well but not enough. I would be more confident myself. I am now at 140.

What were 3 things you did to make this happen?

Do more weight lifting.

Find a progam that works for me and that I enjoy.

Eat more protein.

How did you feel once you had accomplished this?

Motivation and persistence.
