Hot Air Balloon Ride
Sports & Adventure: Exploration

We took off at dawn and literally floated over a beautiful valley in Costa Rica. One of the coolest things was to look up at the wonderful colors of the balloon. Besides the crash landing, It is one of the more peaceful adventure activities I have ever done.

Why were you inspired to do this?

Costa Rica is gorgeous, so your trip had to be breathtakingly beautiful. I'm more than a bit afraid of heights, however I heard that flying over the pyramids in a hot air balloon is an unrivaled experience, so I'm planning on that in the next 2 years.

That is it exactly. It is the opposite of all other busy activities. Quiet and lovely.

A Hot Air Balloon ride is something I've always wanted to do. I did get to go para-sailing in the Caribbean and it was amazing - surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
