Why do you want to do this?
Fitness. I am on high blood pressure and high cholesterol pills at the age of 34due to being genetically predisposed. I have to take control of my health and not be controlled by my health!
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Schedule time to do it in the morning at my complex and walk after work.
Stick to it and not make excuses.
I need an IPOD to focus on the music.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Laziness. If I get into a schedule, I will carry it out. Make it mandatory. Know that I will die if I dont exercise.
