Why do you want to do this?
I participated in sports in college. I remember how it felt to be in excellent shape. I want to be there again.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
A workout schedule I will adhere to, both aerobic and anaerobic
A gym that has the equipment I need to re-shape and re-build my body. My new job has a gym in the building! No excuse!
A diet that works for weight loss and body restoration.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Not working out regularly, not paying attention to my diet, and not getting enough rest.
