Why do you want to do this?

A dear friend, Linda, shared last year that there is a company in Virginia that will either let you ride as a passenger on a dog sled, or train you to drive the dog sled. This adventure sounds exhilerating! I have always pictured dog sledding to be an Alaskan or Canadian mode of transportation. It sounds like a unique, primal, and thrilling experience. I believe that driving a dog sled once will be a life changing event.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Money

Someone to join me to share and document the experience.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Good question. I'm not sure what is stopping me. It is Winter here in Virginia and Linda would enjoy the adventure. It just dawned on me as I'm typing away what the barrier is - Linda is not working right now and she probably can't afford to join me. Since it was originally her idea, I want to share the event with her.
