Why do you want to do this?
I have decided to edit this for the 21 day challenge. Thirty pounds in that short of time would not be healthy or realistic. However, this first bit would be a great jumping off point!
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Eat better
Exercise vigorously
Stay positive
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Myself. I must NOT allow a negative attitude to derail me. The end result is far too precious! If I slip and fall, I stand back up and try again!
