Why do you want to do this?

I have decided to edit this for the 21 day challenge. Thirty pounds in that short of time would not be healthy or realistic. However, this first bit would be a great jumping off point!

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Eat better

Exercise vigorously

Stay positive

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Myself. I must NOT allow a negative attitude to derail me. The end result is far too precious! If I slip and fall, I stand back up and try again!

Hey Tattoo V8. You have the right attitude to do this!! Why not take the 21 Day Challenge. For 21 Days pick a habit that you need to change and follow-through for 21 days! This is a huge momentum builder for any goal!! Thanks for joining the site, I look forward to your updates and stories. Bill
