Goal Setting - this will help me set my target shape and weight over measured time.
Allocate an extra hour or two in my day - this will allow adjustment on the routine schedule I presently have.
Diet Plan - this will reinforce my training plan in achieving my desired weight and shape.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
The biggest barrier that I'm experiencing now is lack motivation to wake up and go the the gym. Also, sticking to the diet plan.
