Why do you want to do this?

To shape up and feel good.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Goal Setting - this will help me set my target shape and weight over measured time.

Allocate an extra hour or two in my day - this will allow adjustment on the routine schedule I presently have.

Diet Plan - this will reinforce my training plan in achieving my desired weight and shape.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

The biggest barrier that I'm experiencing now is lack motivation to wake up and go the the gym. Also, sticking to the diet plan.

I've been trying to do this thing consistently for the past years, but after few sessions I couldn't find any motivation anymore to continue. This time I will do my best to achieve my goal.

I like you have trouble finding the time to exercise. Between running my own business and my family, there never seems to be enough time. One way I manage is to ride my bike to work - the trip is about 4 miles so I get a light workout in without actually going to the gym. This may not be an option for everyone, but I live in Califormia so the weather allows me to do this year round.

One other tip is to start small. I find that when I try to do too much at once I can easily get discouraged when I am not meeting my goals. Either focus on just exercise or diet, then once you have established a routine and are comfortable you can maintain that routine, then add in the other element.

That sounds manageable.. accomplishing things one step at a time. Focus is the key... I like the way you ride your bike going to work. I can sense that you have a great self-discipline. Very inspiring.

This is a great goal.  I'm sharing your journey too.  Have you been able to make progress? How is it coming along for you?  What's been working so far for me is breaking my ultimate goal down into smaller 'monthly' goals.  That way, I don't feel so overwhelmed.  Best of luck to you and hope you'll post an update soon.
