Why do you want to do this?

To show progress in my career and also be maximize that pay packet! It's not all about the money but that does help when I'm struggling to pay off the debts from qualifying.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Get my clipboard down to 30 items by next supervision (17/09/2010) and keep it there by next supervision (mid October 2010).

Complete application form for level 3. Go through it with one of the ATMs before hand. Try to do this by October supervision.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again. Take feedback. Improve. And apply again in March 2011.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

My own disorganization. I know my work is good but I need to prioritize better and complete performance indicators more promptly (and remind myself that they really do matter!). Hopefully the 'Managing Time' course later this month should help me with that.
