Why do you want to do this?

I want to maintain a regular fitness routine to help me reduce stress, as well as feel more energetic, happier as well as look and feel good.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Hike or walk regularly-every weekend at least if not more. Make plans with friends on a regular basis, so I can stay motivated and there is some accountability.

Develop a regular yoga practice (2 to 3 times a week) using videos, take advantage of free or cheap yoga classes (passes, etc.)

Take advantage of the gym. Use the treadmill and other stuff for cardio as well as the weights at the gym.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Discipline!! I just need to create a schedule and stick with it.

So far it;s been a slow start.  However, I did go for a hike on Sunday, and dancing on Monday.  I need to do more cardio.  I could totally feel it after the hike.

I've been incosistent in working towards my goals.  I've hiked once a week, and I go swing dancing once a week, BUT I need to schedule some gym time or some weight lifting.  I just can't seem to motivate myself to do it.  This past week, I have been more tired, and kind of sick and distracted by my observation.
