Why do you want to do this?
It has to be in April, before the International Flower Festival ends. Will spend this time with my girlfriends.

Save for travel money.
Get a Taiwanese visa.
Make time.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Whether I will be able to save enough before April and if the Taiwanese Embassy issues me a tourist visa.
