Hi again Heath, so great to see that you're setting goals in so many different areas of your life.  I'm on 'Be Fit and Healthier' journey as well, but with much more to lose than 25lbs.  Tell me a little bit about what you've been doing that you enjoy to bring you closer to your goal?
