Why do you want to do this?

Being a recommended Second degree Black belt, it is another step in the level of achievement. Level one has already been done (125 hours of teaching). I will need 175 more hours of teaching and training to become fully certified. It will also make me a better teacher overall.

What three things will you need to make this happen?
