I was advised that for athletes, sleep is one of the top things they take very serioulsy and equally important to diet and training! Hope you can meet this goal you have set for yourself!

I was always a night owl (still the literal opposite of a morning person) and I have always wondered how other people just tuck in and go to sleep easily. I have a million things I want to do. :)
When I was in school, I'd stay up reading, writing and painting until the early morning hours. Now that I'm a mom and a worker, I'm tired (of course) but there are nights when I go to bed too late and pay the price of fatigue for the rest of the week. What time do you usually turn in, dlc? Are you finding any good tips for the perfect rest routine? Do share! We could all stand a little more shut-eye, I'm sure!
