Why do you want to do this?

Last year, my boys and I celebrated my Birthday in Las Vegas. With a new baby since then it is hard to get away. The bonding that went on that weekend was incredible and we all had many "adventures" over the weekend that will last a lifetime. Although no tigers ended up in the bathroom, we all had a great time and I would love to make it an annual event.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

A good planner, which is me as a travel agent

My fellow Caballeros to get away with again

a supportive wife with will no have to look after two kids while I am away

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

finding the time to plan it when working full time and having two babies!
