Why do you want to do this?
I need to do this for me! I am tired of feeling bad about myself. So, I just need to do this and be happy! I also have had health issues and I am sure a few of them are related to weight issues. During my last pregnancy, I was borderline gestational diabetic which has since gone away, but my chances of getting type II diabetes is 50% which scares me. I also had to have my gallbladder out last year and I had a groin tear which took 5months to heal because I pushed my out of shape body too hard. I want to be in a healthy weight range and I want to be in shape. I have a long-term goal of running a half marathon in August. I know if I can achieve this I will be on the right track.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I have joined Weight Watchers to help me track my nutrition.
I have had a bodybugg for years, but I am finally going to use it and track my calories in and calories burned.
I have a gym membership and I will be using the classes and machines. I have a treadmill at home to help me when going to the gym is impossible.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
My kids are the biggest barrier. And motivation!
