so when i go to brazil in summer of 2014 i can communicate better with the locals and have a more enriched experience of the culture

purchase the necessary learning tools and utilize them
use the words, phrases and sentences ive learned in real world applications
become confident enough to speak the language to better understand it
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
procrastination, wasting my freetime.
