Why do you want to do this?
I do not like paying an HOA, I do not like living with neighbors this close, I'd like to do whatever I want with my house without having to get approval from the HOA
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Graduate with my associates degree in Court Reporting.
Save lots of money.
I'll need to find a good Realtor.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Currently, it is graduating and finding money to save. I'm not even halfway through my two-year program.
