Why do you want to do this?

I am tired of feeling tired and just yucky. I have no energy and feel older than I am. I am very uncomfortable in my own skin.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Not listening to my inner voice.

My Personal Steps:

1.  No more soda.

2. Cut down on chocolate. Twice a week, reasonable amount.

3. No fast food.

4. Exercise 30 minutes every day.
