Why do you want to do this?
I want to resume learning German, because knowing another language is valuable, my father would appreciate it, and I may need it when visiting Central Europe.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I will need some sort of program, like Rosetta Stone.
I will need a club to practice with.
I will need an individual to speak with.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Buying Rosetta Stone will be the biggest barrier. I may be able to borrow it or buy it used.
