Why do you want to do this?

I have 5 pouns over wieght and my cothes do not fit me anymore

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Ineed to go to the GYM four times a week for 1 hour

I need to change my diet

Ineed to practice YOGA 3 times a week

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

I get distracted by goals I am working on easily to which I had given high priority.

try what i'm doing.

30/30 challange. just do thirty minutes of excersize everyday for 30 days. if you miss a day you restart. its a good way to start a routine. and if you think abou it, say if you want a poutine, and you know your running that night, it'd be pointless to eat the poutine cause the running would just put you back to where you are and if your trying to get ahead, there's really no point in the poutine.

just keep your head in the game and it'll be done.

another tip, try posting a picture of an obese or compleatly fit person in your junk cupboard, or where you'll see it everyday, it helps remind you what you want.

grabbing a friend for the 30.30 challange is fun too. i recently made a deal with a friend, if one of us wins we buy the other person a Rec Center month pass, if we tie we will exchange gift cards for our mall to get new clothes for the new body ;)  maybe a friend would be willing to give it a try?
