Why do you want to do this?
I was very athletic about 5 years ago and I miss being able to do various activities. I would like to lose 25 pounds so that I can become healthier. I just had a baby and I have not been able to lose the weight.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Start a good meal plan.
Get a personal trainer to help target the areas where I would like to lose weight.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
My biggest barrier is being consistent. I can't seem to follow through with my exercise activities. I usually quit after the first two weeks.
