Why do you want to do this?
The main purpose is that I am getting older and I need to eat better food and to be healthier.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Continue running on the treadmill (2-3 miles) at least 10-15 times per month. I feel this is reasonable to do.
Eat properly and at the appropriate time. I have changed my eating habits for about 6 months and now I wouldn't dream of having it any other way. My mind is pretty much conditioned on what to eat.
Keep a balanced spiritual life. I pray as much as I can. I don't believe there's a limit to how much one should pray. It brings me serenity, joy, and a better attitude toward life.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I could only be the barrier in this case. The fact is, am I willing to do it? I know the joy it will bring in my life. I am motivated and know it can happen. It started already. I can see the result.
