Why do you want to do this?
As long as I have the credit card debt I am stuck living with my boyfriend because I can't afford to live alone. I want to break up with him.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Time - approximately one year living with my boyfriend not having to pay rent, putting that income toward credit card payments.
Income - keeping the money coming in to be able to make the payments each month.
Perseverance - to remain focused on the goal and not allow non-essential spending to get out of hand.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Myself. Whenever I have extra cash on hand I tend to want to spend it.
