Actually, a good friend of mine wants me to help her achieve this goal, so we will train (virtually) together...as she lives in baltimore and I am in Toronto. We completed a try-a-tri in 2009...and want to challege ourselves again.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
a bike - i have not had a bike since I was a teen. So..I will need to either borrow or buy one.
to learn how to use the bike - the last time we did the try-a-tri, I did not understand the gears of my borrowed bike, and also had a slowly leaking tire...needless to say, I went from 30th out of the water to nearly the end
a good training plan
