Why do you want to do this?
I have driven through Washington DC on several occasions, but have never actually been there. I want to visit the Smithsonian, government buildings, and historical sights.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Decide on a budget for this trip.
Make plans with my freinds that I am going with. Decide on how we will get there, the dates we will be going, where we will stay, and make reservations.
