I want to achieve this goal so I can become more healthy. Once this goal is achieved, I will tackle my smoking habit.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Be mindful of my food during the daytime and make healthy choices.
Not eat past 8:00 PM.
Walk 20 minutes each day with the intention of raising my heart rate.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Preparing meals for my children has the potential to knock me off my focus. I love snacking on food at night.
