Why do you want to do this?

I want to achieve this goal so I can become more healthy. Once this goal is achieved, I will tackle my smoking habit.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Be mindful of my food during the daytime and make healthy choices.

Not eat past 8:00 PM.

Walk 20 minutes each day with the intention of raising my heart rate.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Preparing meals for my children has the potential to knock me off my focus. I love snacking on food at night.

Hey Laurie, it's so awesome that you've put up your goal.  Fantastic.  Totally achievable. How have you been coming with your goal so far?  What have you been doing?  You know I'm on the same journey.  Thanks for all your help, by the way.

 Hi Andrea, you are fast!!  I've actually been working on this goal for the past month and am finally getting it up here.  I've lost 5 pounds so far and am very happy about it.  I've been cutting out my evening snacking and being very careful about what I've been eating.  I'll keep you posted.

Update for April 4th - Just a single measley pound down to report.  But I am recommitting to this process.
