What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

I need proven experience as a Public Health Nurse. My 3 years of experience as a public school nurse echo public health nursing, but I have never actually worked for a county/state/federal program. I am more willing and able, I am dedicated and passionate and I can do anything I set my mind to! So please hire me!
