Daily Exercise

Increase Fruits and Vegetables and decrease sugars and carbohydrates.

Have consistency and control negative moods which derail programs

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Depression and time

Hi Macasaurus, I'm doing a fitness challenge on my own here, losing a little at a time. I broke my goal up into blocks, four pounds a month and I did it for May. I don't have many people following, but I know we could all use the support. I'd love it if you'd join the discussion.

I spent a long, cold winter getting bigger. I'm really looking forward to the nicer weather now and making some progress! You and I share a lot of goals, check out my list and let's see if we can help each other along. Nice to see some common thoughts!
