How is this goal coming along? I have a similar goal, well, I set out to lose 15 pounds at the beginning of May and made it as far as 11 pounds before I started to lose momentum. So part of redoubling my efforts is going to have to include more exercise. Every other day is a big goal! What kind of workouts will you do? I'd love to support you in this process. You post your progress, I'll post mine! Maybe we can help each other.
