What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

I make a lot of excuses for myself and I blame not having enough time or being too tired. I need to just do it.

Make that 9 pounds ... haha. Takes a while to really let those good new habits sink in. How are you coming along? Did you set up a schedule for going to the gym and a plan for healthy eating?
