Why do you want to do this?

At the moment i'm a baker. Well i say a baker i warm precooked bread and then stick a label on it saying freshly baked. I was a selfemployed gardener and garden designer who was well qualified and had the opportunities to take pride in his work. Sadly a number of operations and another operation coming up have forced me to quit manual labour and my business as gone bankrupt. So i want a new job where i make a difference and can be proud of what i'm doing.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

I need to find a job as work in my local area is difficult with over 2000 people applying for every job i have so far.

I need to really work hard at my job when i get it doing addtional research and developement so i know i'm giving my best and improving myself.

I need to work on keeping selfmotivated in the job i am in so i don't start slacking and this reflect on my performance making me feel worse.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Finding a job.
