Why do you want to do this?
Both my brothers and my dad have Type 2 diabetes. My doctor recently told me that I am pre-diabetic. :( That jt made me feel like crap). Of the entire family, I do eat the best for longer periods of time. and it's disheartening. If I want a quality and possibly longer life, I can not go thru life with all this weight on me. I'm unhappy about how I physically look, and I don't great about myself. Nothing fits and I don't want to be that type of person that sub comes to my plite.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Make healthy healthy choices.
Exercise 4 to 5 times a week
STAY COMMITTED TO MY HEALTH!
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
The influence of my family. I know I'm the one that makes the choices but when I live in a family that constantly eats the wrong things, it's easier for me to do the same.
