Why do you want to do this?
I spent all of my youth as an athlete. It is time for me to return to form. My biggest motivation is to remain as active and healthy into my older age as possible. I want to be healthy and vibrant. I want to prove to myself that I can do something that seems impossible.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Kick my Dr. Pepper addiction.
Follow my exercise and training plan.
Work on forming disciplined, healthy eating habits.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
My own self-limiting beliefs and habits.
