Why do you want to do this?
I want to feel more comfortable in my clothes and walking around. I want to look like I take care of myself and to not give anyone a reason to think I got sucked into the Freshman 15. I want to look like I can stay on top of things while I'm living on my own.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I need to watch what I eat and cut down on the junk food and portions.
I need to go to the gym as often as possible--at least 4 times a week.
I need to start getting enough sleep and doing homework right away so I feel energized and able to get to the gym
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
The fact that I like to snack on tasty food way too much and that I don't get enough sleep to feel good in the morning.
