Why do you want to do this?
I want to get back to 160lbs. This will mean I'm in great shape, strong and lean. I've had the program for 6 years. I work out with it for a week or two and then fall off every time. I need to finish the entire 90 days for my self esteem.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Make small daily goals and review them each night.
Wake up each morning at 5:00 and complete the workout. Get it done and out of the way every day.
Cook three days worth of meals at a time. This will help make sure that the most important part of completing the full 90 days.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I have to figure out how to overcome my fear of success.
