Jog a 5K the whole way

Why do you want to do this?

In 2010 I walked a 5K in 51:05, then in 2011 I jogged/walked one in 38:54. Now I would like to jog the whole 5K with out having to stop to get my breath. Goal time would be at least 25

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Dedication to treadmill each morning

Utilizing the C25K app on my ipod

Learning to breath correctly

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Losing motivation and dedication

 I need to add this goal to my list.  I've done the first couple weeks of C25K in the past and found them to be really helpful.  If I add it to my list, I'll definitely be using C25k to help me achieve it.  Keep us updated!

I love your goals (this and learning to shoot a gun).  I can't always get through a whole 5K without stopping a bit to breath.  I can on a treadmill, but not in the great outdoors.  I need to work on that more. 

My son has been starting to shoot and sometimes I have to take him, so I'd like to learn alongside him (great bonding).
