Why do you want to do this?
In 2010 I walked a 5K in 51:05, then in 2011 I jogged/walked one in 38:54. Now I would like to jog the whole 5K with out having to stop to get my breath. Goal time would be at least 25
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Dedication to treadmill each morning
Utilizing the C25K app on my ipod
Learning to breath correctly
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Losing motivation and dedication
