Why do you want to do this?
I want my own place. Even though it means the maintenance will no longer be somebody else's responsibility, it will be nice to answer only to myself when it comes to yard work or deciding to have a pet.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Will need to move to an area where house prices are reasonable.
Need to make a list of what to look for when looking for a home so I'm happy with what I buy.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Will need to move across an ocean.
