You should put in more detail on your three steps.  For instance, number one might read something like: "Study Harder - Spend at least one hour each night reading one of my textbooks, watching helpful videos online, creating and reviewing flash cards, and/or taking practice tests.

What you're talking about doing is creating habits that will lead to better grades, and research says that it takes 21 straight days before something can become a habit.  So you really have to have a detailed plan and be willing to stick to it for a good three weeks straight.  I know that seems like a long time, but once you start seeing more and more A's on your assignments and tests, it won't seem like such a big burden.  The feeling you get will be worth it.
