I want to build strength for a ton of goals.(Like hitting a homerun,playing football,etc.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Do 25 pushups each day

Do 25 situps each day

Go to the Y once each week

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Applying myself(NOT giving up)
