Why do you want to do this?
I want to own a scooter and enjoy riding for recreation. I need to obtain a motorbike Licence to be able to do this.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Study the appropriate manuals: The Motorcycle Handbook and The Road Users Handbook.
Attend the Pre Learner Training Course to obtain Learner Licence.
Pass the Practical Riding Test to obtain Provisional Licence.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Financial. Having the funds to purchase a scooter to learn on.
