Why were you inspired to do this?
For years now I was hearing about yoga and the health benefits that practicing it daily can have on your body. I am not a health and exercise fanatic but I thought it would really help me get fit and relaxed at the same time.
What were 3 things you did to make this happen?
I registered for my first yoga class in January 2010 at a local community centre (cheaper than a yoga studio)
I attended every single class for 10 weeks.
After my classes I started to do my yoga that I learned at home. I have tried my best to do it everyday (of course life happens but I'm doing well at least doing a bit every day)
How did you feel once you had accomplished this?
This will be an ongoing part of my life. I feel physically stronger since starting yoga. I actually have a bit of muscle now! (Don't mess with me) I will continue to practice everyday and maybe in a few months take up an advanced class.
