Why were you inspired to do this?

My mother taught me how to cook when I was really young and it wasn't until college that I actually started to use it. Now that I'm out of school and have a slightly more stable life I want to host Thanksgiving, as an adult it feels like a right of passage to host.

What were 3 things you did to make this happen?

I have a job at Lucasfilms currently and one of the benefits is that at Thanksgiving each employee is given a turkey.

Collect a group of friends and relatives that can make it for dinner.

Cook.

How did you feel once you had accomplished this?

Finding enough people that don't have plans already, to eat all the turkey.
